Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales and collection target .
∎ Physical verification of hire account .
∎ Reduction of over dues .
∎ Reduction hire sales defalcation.
∎ Responsible for overall hire sales activities & target achievement of the respective area .
∎ Ensure showroom Kristy Mela .
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report of sales to achieve predetermined target.
∎ Lead people & monitor overall working process, policies and guideline to ensure compliance in all credit sales & activities .
∎ Deal with default account .
∎ Ensure paying of hire accounts.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Showroom Manager.
∎ To visit assign area for conducting customer and area survey.
∎ To maintain good relation with customers and regularly visit assign area for sales meeting.
∎ To collect sales installments weekly and monthly basis.
∎ To maintain customer data properly.
∎ To promote Walton products among the assign area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in field and under pressure .
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
