Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the educational records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutinize, verify and assess of credit proposals.
∎ Timely completion and approval within quality parameters determined by Credit policy.
∎ Responsible for sending different credit proposals to Head Office with due recommendation and findings.
∎ Responsible for sanction, renewal and enhancement of different loan proposals of Branches through Credit Committee Meeting.
∎ Visit prospective clients and collaterals for valuation/verification.
∎ Profound knowledge in documentations according to the guidelines and credit policy of the Bank.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank’s guidelines and circulars, Artha rin Adalat Act 2003 Any other responsibilities as and when required by the Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 04 (four) years of experience in commercial bank preferably in Credit Division of a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Well conversant in relevant regulatory policies, guidelines
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strategic state of mind.
∎ Outstanding ability to lead and manage.
∎ Continually drive effective results.
∎ Communicate effectively at all levels.
