Experience:

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduated from any Private/Public University.

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 55 to 65 years

• At least 20 year(s) prior experience in the Project Management/ Engineering/ Construction Sector’s;
• Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in Civil Engineering/Construction Business Projects;
• Ability to Understand Government Development Plan and Project Concept Development;
• Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2);
• Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies.

• Coordination in the Construction Project management, understanding the requirement of clients and developing projects accordingly, coordination with the foreign clients and facilitating the consulting of construction works;
• Construction project supervision (surveying, consulting, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, quality control);
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (soil contamination, environmental reports, tests, drawings, and others), must be good at understanding reusable energy management and designs;
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
