Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the team for assessing need of psychosocial service (PSS) and specialized mental health support among the target group.
∎ Conduct Psycho Social education Sessions.
∎ Record keeping and maintain all kind of Forms/registers, reports, File, Guideline and Others Documents.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly and others periodical reports as per the treatment centre's guidelines.
∎ Participating in different Training, meeting, workshop, seminar, symposiums organized by the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 02 years working experience in the relevant field;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationship with other and communication skills;
∎ Report writing through modern technology;
∎ Coordination and Communication and well Conversant in both Bengali and English language;
∎ Innovative mindset, accommodative and knowledge of project activities;
∎ Educational qualification and age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its program to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources. RDRS employees approximate 3,700 staff and works with a further approximately 1,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
