∎ The incumbent shall be mainly responsible for providing counseling sessions to the clients attending Comprehensive -Drop In Centers for HIV management & Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) under Care Bangladesh. He/she shall also be responsible for drug counseling of injecting drug user if needed. He/ she also responsible for collecting behavioral and psychological data as designed for the C-DIC and maintain all relevant documents related to his/her assignments. The incumbent will make field visit and home visit of HIV positive clients & OST clients as per need and direction of the intervention. S/he will directly report to Senior Technical Officer, Treatment and Program. The incumbent will closely work with other team members of the C-DIC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years' experience in counselling or psychotherapy; experience with population most at risk of HIV will be beneficial particularly drug users;
∎ Training in the field of counselling and management of drug addicts will be an advantage.
∎ Effective inter-personal communication skill;
∎ Planning and organizing.
∎ Operational decision making.
∎ Developing Teams.
∎ Coaching and counseling.
∎ Stress tolerance.

Salary:
∎ 15,750/= with yearly one festival bonus and mobile bill.
