Industry: Essential experience in the carpet, rugs, commercial flooring, Tiles, Particle Board, Furniture, or Lighting Industry.
Knowledge: Proven expertise in B2B and commercial sales cycles, distribution channels, and contract negotiation.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Travel: Ability to travel nationally/regionally to meet key accounts and support the sales team.
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales operations. The position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning capability, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate must be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing a sales team to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on leading the corporate sales efforts, achieving revenue targets, and managing the sales team and budget.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute aggressive annual/quarterly sales strategies and business plans to exceed corporate revenue and profitability targets.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, provide accurate sales forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline. Conduct regular performance evaluations and professional development.
Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and close major sales contracts with Corporate Companies, Architects & Interior Firms, and Flooring & Home Solution Companies. Research new market opportunities.
Team & Process: Manage the sales budget, optimize sales territories and workflow processes for efficiency, and ensure the team has expert-level product knowledge.
Collaboration & Representation: Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams (providing market intelligence). Represent the company at industry events.
