We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Corporate Sales-Lead” to spearhead our corporate sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Strategy:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand the client base.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and business objectives.

Sales Operations and Performance Tracking:

  • Overseeing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to make informed decisions, optimize strategies, and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.

Sales Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Leading and coordinating the corporate sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the sales team's performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies.
