Corporate Marketing, Dealer Management, retail Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target that are given by the management.
∎ The main purpose of this position is to develop and introduce sales strategies to improve current business.
∎ Extensive knowledge on Tender based marketing and management.
∎ Introducing new product and develop to the market.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Expand to new potential sales area and increase sales volume.
∎ Monitor and ensure sales collection.
∎ Experience in marketing of IT Products must.
∎ Should be able to control and supervise a team.
∎ Should have good and strong communications skill to convince the corporate clients & Govt. bodies.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance.
∎ Product branding, Promotional plan, budgeting & execution.
∎ Up-to-date with the market information.
∎ Responsible to take whole responsibility of branch in aspect of timing display, display, visiting etc.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience with IT firm will get preference.
∎ Enthusiastic & Challenging mind set up is required.
∎ Willing to work independently as according to Management Guideline.
∎ Capable of developing market rapidly with challenge and also capable to Set-Up total Market Structure.
∎ Great Leadership quality and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
∎ Have to have the capabilities to communicate in English as well as Bangla.
∎ Knowledge on Tendering is get advantages
∎ Only similar industry candidate are allowed to apply.
Salary:
∎ Salary: 30K - 45K
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Pay Quarterly, Yearly Sales Commission Festival Bonus Incentives Provident fund Gratuity and an attractive remuneration package will be offered to deserving candidates
