Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ BBA/MBA/ Masters from a Public University in HRM/ Management.
∎ PGD in HRM will give an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Performance & Career Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Performance & Career Management, Performance appraisal

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides measurement standards, targets and KPIs to the management team with respect to the performance management process, including both informal performance and annual formal performance appraisals.
∎ Provides support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process.
∎ Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results system wide and reports them accordingly.
∎ Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures.
∎ Researches, plans, organizes, and conducts performance management programs for clerical, supervisory, technical and non technical personnel.
∎ Writes material for performance management programs; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned by the management time to time.
