Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing annual budget for training.
∎ conducting annual need assessment to develop annual training plan.
∎ Prepare Training plan, including module, lesson plans;
∎ Implement and manage training plan;
∎ Supervision and facilitation of training sessions;
∎ Reporting and documentation;
∎ Liaison and coordination with other organizations for training purpose;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-8 years' experience to work in NGO/development field.
∎ Excellent facilitation and interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Good management, leadership and coordination skills;
∎ Supportive supervisory skills;
∎ Sound knowledge in Microfinance and development Related Law and Policy;
∎ Strong leadership quality and ability to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point);
∎ Good Command both in English and Bangla language-both spoken and written;
∎ Good report writing skills;
∎ Have mentality prepared to move field for training conduction and field visit.
∎ Motorcycle driving is mandatory.
