• Age 22 to 32 years
• Only Female

• Experience at least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Company, Advertising Agency, Event Management, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Professional Photographers, Cultural Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
• Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Must have the habit of ‘paying attention to minor details’.
• Must have a `Can Do Attitude`.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.

• Accompany the MD during his visits to other businesses.
• Assist the MD in executing his works.
• Maintain the office.
• Maintain schedules, appointments and visits.
• Reply to emails, WhatsApp and Messenger calls, texts, Facebook and YouTube comments, questions.
• Act as the point of contact of the MD.
• Make shorts and reels and videos and post them on social media platforms.
• Work behind the camera as well as in front of the camera.

Having a good smartphone with a good camera will be considered an advantage.

Must be a proficient user of laptop or Computer and Internet (MS Word, typing, browsing, emailing, using Facebook, YouTube, Canva etc.).

Necessary trainings will be provided.
