Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: 

Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Coordinator to Managing Director. As the Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting to Managing Director in their day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient coordination across various departments within the organization. 

Job Responsibilities:     

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing their schedules, coordinating appointments, and arranging meetings.

  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations and meeting materials for internal and external meetings.

  • Assist in drafting, proofreading and editing various documents, including reports, correspondence and presentations.

  • Conduct research and gather relevant information for projects, reports and presentations.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and databases.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences and other special activities.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails and ordering office supplies.

  • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory and the supply of goods.

  • Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
