Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Coordinator to Managing Director. As the Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting to Managing Director in their day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient coordination across various departments within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing their schedules, coordinating appointments, and arranging meetings.
Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations and meeting materials for internal and external meetings.
Assist in drafting, proofreading and editing various documents, including reports, correspondence and presentations.
Conduct research and gather relevant information for projects, reports and presentations.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and databases.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist in organizing company events, conferences and other special activities.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails and ordering office supplies.
Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory and the supply of goods.
Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
