Job Responsibilities:
∎ SHOWROOM SETUP AND ARRANGEMENT:
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising and product design & development teams to receive product samples and ensure they are properly displayed in the showroom.
∎ Arrange products in an attractive manner, making sure they are categorized and placed according to the showroom's layout plan.
∎ Regularly update the product displays to promote new arrivals, seasonal items, and special considerations.
∎ Ensure that all products are appropriately labeled with relevant information such as color code, product codes, and specifications.
∎ VISUAL MERCHANDISING:
∎ Utilize creative and innovative visual merchandising techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the showroom.
∎ Create visually appealing displays that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
∎ Keep track of industry trends and competitor displays to continuously improve the showroom's presentation.
∎ INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
∎ Monitor product stock levels in the showroom to ensure sufficient variety of apparel products are present in the showroom at all times.
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to avoid discrepancies.
∎ CUSTOMER SERVICE:
∎ Greet clients who visit the showroom, providing them with product information and guidance as needed. Address client’s inquiries, feedback and keep notes as required.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing & design teams to understand customer preferences and identify popular products to highlight in the showroom.
∎ Aim to offer exceptional service to create a positive client visit experience and encourage their loyalty.
∎ SHOWROOM MAINTENANCE:
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom at all times.
∎ Regularly inspect products and fixtures for any damages or defects, and coordinate with Admin department for maintenance or replacements as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ A degree in merchandising, marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage.
∎ Some experience in showroom organization, visual merchandising will be preferred.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and product arrangement.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Should have fluency in English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office applications is a plus.
