∎ The applicants should have experience in the Collection & Recovery/Registration/Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Sales.

∎ Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently. Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
∎ Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Coordinator-Credit Collection & Client Support) will collect latest dues list from distribution department which is now at software.
∎ (Coordinator-Credit Collection & Client Support) will prepare dues list by name of the clients separately and distribute it to them.
∎ (Coordinator-Credit Collection & Client Support) must have daily and monthly collection target. To take initiative to recover long term dues within a specified time.
∎ Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
∎ Visit clients in Dhaka and outside Dhaka. Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plan.
∎ Regularly maintain communication with clients directly through phone calls, visits, and e-mails.
∎ Maintain a customer database; submit letter of balance confirmation of the outstanding
∎ Answer customer queries about products and services relating to the company.
∎ Provide product information & taking feed back to the prospective clients
∎ Understand customer requirements and suggest as per requirements.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1/2 years experience in direct corporate sales will be preferred.
∎ Good vocal tone is desired.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication, and leadership skill are must.
∎ You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self motivated.
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude.
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure.
∎ Applicant must be smart, energetic, dedicated and sales focused
∎ Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

∎ Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames
