Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall implementation of the campaign
∎ Prepare campaign target achievement plan
∎ Prepare formats for reporting and record keeping of the campaign activities
∎ Collect and compile campaign related data from the Upazila and district offices
∎ Distribute BCC and other materials of campaign to the district offices
∎ Responsible for all the documentation of the campaign
∎ Identify and document best practices of campaign activities
∎ Support FAO regarding field activities, reporting and record keeping
∎ Visit field offices and provide support to the field staff for implementing the campaign activities smoothly
∎ Attend meeting at field level, monitor and supervise the Adolescent Health session and GSM activities
∎ Monitor weekly progress and provide feedback
∎ Maintaining of regular coordination and communication with the FAOs, USs and DTLs
∎ Communication with head office team as a team member
∎ Support to Capacity building of FAOs through field visit, meetings etc.
∎ Provide technical support to field level staff to effective using the BCC/IEC materials at community level
∎ Orient FAO on reporting and record keeping formats
∎ Collect and compile data and information from the upazila and district offices.
∎ Store and maintain all the records and documents of financial and program activities of the campaign at HO level.
∎ Maintain BCC/IEC material related register
∎ Compile and prepare monthly progress reports of the campaign
∎ Prepare campaign completion report
∎ Assist to Accounts and Admin Manager to prepare financial report
∎ Assist DPM to prepare and submit all kinds of reports ensuring quality in time.
∎ Carry out different tasks and responsibilities given by Supervisors and community mobilization wing of SMC where and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Preference will be given for experienced candidates
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated Salary
