∎ Minimum SSC(for Cook) / Class Eight(for Asst. Cook). Advanced training is preferred.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a cook who has vast experience in cooking for hospital.
∎ Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
∎ Ensure highest levels of food quality & taste.Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cook according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, and numbers of portions to be served.
∎ Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas in order to ensure cleanliness and functional operation
∎ Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals.
∎ Plan menus that are varied, nutritionally balanced, and appetizing, taking advantage of foods in season and local availability.
∎ Cook will be responsible for various aspects of food preparation in several different types of establishments & supervising others who are responsible for performing tasks related to cooking.
∎ Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Areas.
∎ Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
∎ Before cooking the cooker will have to be cleaned his hands with hand wash.
∎ After cooking make ensure that the kitchen will be sanitized.
∎ Always serve the dishes at right time.
