Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in forming and training groups of marginal farmers, with a focus on fisheries.
∎ Demonstrated ability to arrange meetings and foster community-level engagement.
∎ Hands-on experience managing 100–200 groups, each with approximately 20 members.
∎ Excellent business communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Extensive managerial-level experience in microfinance operations, including both field and head office roles, within renewal organizations.
∎ Expertise in loan disbursement, realization, overdue recovery, and developing proper recovery plans.
∎ Proven track record in planning and achieving financial targets, recovery goals, and extension plans.
∎ Strong capability in conducting need assessments and managing staff at all organizational levels.
∎ Ability to write detailed and actionable reports in both English and Bangla.
∎ Minimum 10 years (insert required years) of experience in the microfinance or agricultural sector, with a specific focus on fisheries and marginal farmers.
∎ Demonstrated success in handling complex operations involving large groups and achieving organizational objectives.
∎ Highly energetic and can work in the field.
∎ Field experience in NGOs or other similar organizations.
∎ Experience in dealing with credit programs and recovery.
∎ Experience in Fisheries Extension projects and training (preferred).
∎ Experience in group formation and farmer selection.
∎ Experience in Government FTI (Fisheries training and extension experience) project.
∎ Experience in Fisheries Extension projects and training (preferred).
∎ Group Formation & Farmer Engagement
