Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textiles Engineering/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from reputed University
∎ MBA would be an added advantage from a recognized University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Site Operation (Technical, Production related, Commercial, Procurement, Compliances, liasoning, People Management)
∎ Vendor development, Inventory Control and to complete purchases on most competitive rates and term & conditions
∎ Cost Control/ Rationalization in all areas of manufacturing including utilization of resources and procurement, Power and Fuel Consumption, and Labor Deployment
∎ Establish the supply chain process of fabric marketing, knitting ad dyeing operations
∎ Establishing the proper planning ERP for end to end supply chain of fabric business
∎ Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows
∎ Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products
∎ Factory General Administration, technical coordination for productivity improvement and technological upgradation
∎ Develop long-term relationships and cooperation with the RMG/Textile Industries and also foreign customers
∎ Production coordination with market requirement
∎ To optimize utilization of resources for organizational growth and excellence
∎ H.R. Policy framework and outlining Functional Responsibilities & Job Requirement Skills of individual Key Functions and working out individual Key Result Areas (K.R.A) and measurable objectives
∎ Look after the total engineering and maintenance activities of the plant and equipment

Additional Requirements:
∎ 20 years of relevant experience out of which 5 -6 years should be in similar role
∎ Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure/ERP and MS Office
