Responsibilities & Context:
Deep understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabric behaviors, and pattern making.
Conduct fit sessions and provide technical comments to factories.
Identify technical issues and provide solutions during development and production stages.
Acting as the main technical point of contact between overseas buyers and factory production teams to resolve quality issues and update.
Monitoring inline production to ensure sewing quality, workmanship, measurement accuracy, and appropriate thread usage (SPI).
Maintain direct communication with international buyers regarding technical matters.
