Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Management
∎ Preferred Educational Institute :Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute)
∎ Skills Required: English Language, Restaurant Expert
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
∎ Preserve excellent levels of customer service
∎ Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
∎ Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
∎ Lead the team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel
∎ Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
∎ Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations
∎ Report on management regarding results and productivity
∎ Leads kitchen team .
∎ Provides guidance to kitchen staff members, including -cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
∎ Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.
∎ Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.
∎ Assists head chef with menu creation.
∎ Follow supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency.
∎ Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen.
∎ Discover talented chefs and train them in order to reach the high standards.
∎ Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using at the maximum the available resources.
∎ Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
∎ Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecast.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Candidates with international university experience and having an international education background will have an added advantage.
∎ Excellent command over English
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Banquet and or FB Operations, Experience in a similar role
∎ The capacity to work under extreme pressure.
∎ Excellent leadership and management.
∎ The ability to delegate tasks.
