Job Context:
∎ Reporting to the CEO, the overall purpose of this role is to formulate Sales & marketing strategies/concepts in line with business priorities while driving brand equity. He is the head of all commerce teams of the organization along with Brands & Marketing. Facilitate the commerce teams by developing the marketing strategies to execute the bti business strategy. Work closely with the commerce teams to develop customer reach strategies, commercialise & implement the same.
∎ A strong Sales and Marketing background is required to take up a hands-on leadership role for all Commerce and Marketing departments of the Organization. Strategy development, team building, people and projects management would be an integral part of his job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The extent of the role’s involvement & leadership activities brings the following departments in his purview.
∎ Sales – Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals and track these goals. Increase Sales Lead and Conversion Rate through the Sales Funnel.
∎ Marketing - Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns, Digital Marketing, Alternate Channel Development, Effective Call management, Sales Data analysis and make tactical & strategic decisions appropriately.
∎ Brands- Brand Equity building & Web sites development
∎ BD (Business Development) - Land Procurement, Land Acquisition under JV Agreement
∎ Brokerage – Develop web-based business
∎ PSM (Property Security Management)- Expand the Security and Facility management business profitably
∎ SFS (Squire Feet Story) – Promote and expand the interior design business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ 15+ years of experience in diversified industries preferably national/multinational companies dealing FMCG, renowned Group of Companies etc at senior management/Director level.
∎ Minimum of 7+ years Marketing experience
∎ Minimum of 7+ years Sales Experience
∎ Excellent leadership and decision-making capability
∎ Strategic management, team building, people and projects management
∎ Smart communication skill
∎ Change management skill
∎ Excellent convincing and negotiation skill
∎ Excellent time management skill
Salary: Negotiable
