• Must have hands-on expertise in Saudi traditional dishes like Kabsa, Mandi, Harees, Mutabbaq, and Continental Dishes.etc.·        

• Experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant kitchen operations will be considered an advantage. 

• Strong command over continental main courses, soups, grills, and sauces.        

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.

• Age: 30-50 years (Retired or senior chefs are encouraged to apply).

Job Context:
Greenland Group is launching a new Cloud Kitchen as part of its strategic business expansion. We are looking for an experienced Continental & Saudi Cuisine Chef with a passion for authentic culinary art. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing traditional Saudi dishes and classic continental menus, ensuring taste, quality, and consistency.        

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present authentic Saudi and continental cuisine for delivery-based operations.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and hygiene in compliance with health & safety guidelines.

• Innovate and suggest new dishes/menu items aligned with customer preferences.

• Manage kitchen operations including inventory control, portioning, and minimizing wastage.

• Train and guide kitchen assistants and ensure smooth workflow.

• Collaborate with management for cost control and menu pricing strategies.

Educational Requirements:

Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts will be preferred but not mandatory if candidate has proven experience.
