Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and edit content for websites, blogs, newsletters, Instagram, and other media platforms.
∎ Assist customers via email, chatbot, and messenger.
∎ Conduct keyword research for content optimization.
∎ Manage relationships with influencers for brand promotion.
∎ Provide insights from customer experiences to development and fulfillment teams.
∎ Collaborate with communications teams in the US and Hong Kong for testing, content creation, and product development.
∎ Stay updated on trends in content and style across various media and marketing channels.
∎ Collaborate with communications, product development, and administrative teams across different media
