Solid understanding of Bangladeshi NGOs, their limitations and challenges.
Understands USAID rules and regulations.
Preferably has understanding and exposure to other donors such as FCDO, EC, UN, BMZ, SDC, DFAT etc.
Solid understanding and experience in content development and TOT.
