Since 2017, IRC has supported Rohingya Refugees and Bangladeshi nationalities communities in Cox`s Bazar, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong with integrated services. The organization also addresses climate change impacts by building resilience and promoting economic recovery, education, and protection.
Purpose
To provide technical support in finalizing, harmonizing, and designing the module and develop a user-friendly, context-appropriate pocket booklet on GBV case management for gender-diverse populations, ensuring alignment with international standards and the specific needs of the Rohingya refugee context.
Specific objectives:
Review, finalize and harmonize existing drafted module and develop the pocket booklet.
Ensure alignment with national and international GBV case management standards and guidelines.
Design a visually engaging and accessible pocket booklet format suitable for field use.
Support in design contextualize content for the Rohingya refugee response, ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance.
Incorporate feedback from IRC, UNFPA, and Gender Diverse Population Working Group (GDPWG).
Major Responsibilities
Scope of Work
The consultant will:
Final design of the existing draft module.
Conduct consultations with IRC, UNFPA, and GDPWG to gather feedback and recommendations.
Finalize content and structure of the booklet.
Design the layout and visual elements of the booklet for print and digital use.
Submit a final version of the module and simplified booklet in both editable and print-ready formats.

Final design of the existing draft module and presentations
Reviewed and harmonized content of the GDP pocket booklet, ppts and training handbook.
Finalized and designed booklet in English.
Editable source files and print-ready versions.
Summary report outlining the process, key changes, and recommendations.
