At least seven years of senior experience in developing contents and facilitation on Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion.
Solid understanding of Bangladeshi NGOs, their limitations and challenges.
Understands USAID rules and regulations and other standard institutional donors such as FCDO, EC, UN, BMZ, SDC, DFAT etc.
Solid understanding and experience in content development and TOT.
