Additional Requirements:
At least seven years of senior experience in developing contents and facilitation on fundraising and resource mobilization.
Solid understanding of Bangladeshi NGOs, their limitations and challenges.
Understands USAID rules and regulations.
Ability to clearly express experiences of developing and delivering ToT on fundraising and resource mobilization from internal and external sources such as FCDO, EC, BMZ, SDC, DFAT, UN etc.
Solid understanding and experience in content development and TOT.
