Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead NPD projects by planning & preparing the capex budget for innovation projects, technology evaluation and selection with commercial viability analysis and evaluation considering higher roll.
∎ Setup/ upgrade state of the art technology plants for manufacturing wide range of biscuits, cookies, confectionaries, other food products, soap, detergent. Etc.
∎ Lead projects from planning to execution across the production centres of various energy management projects.
∎ Execute process automation across the production units through integrated Materials Handling System, High Speed Packing M/Cs with Auto PDS (Product Distribution and Supply to packing machine. Quick changeover Packing M/Cs and interchangeable Packing M/Cs among pile pack, pillow pack and tray over warp packing m/c to reduce the operational complexity.
∎ Ensure proper project management and seamless execution of green field and brown field processing Plants as project leader.
∎ Facilitate in designing the equipment, layout and process for the manufacturing plants and guide the engineering & manufacturing team.
∎ Lead the factory operation of multiple manufacturing units of Biscuits, Cookies, Confectioneries, Soap and Battery factories and managing manufacturing operations with focus on profitability and achieving the company’s mission.
∎ Facilitate process designing and product standards within the framework of regulatory norms and business propositions.
∎ Lead the team for preparation of plant manual, Engineering inventory Management of spares annual budgeting drawing and cost-effective analysis.
∎ Create engineering drawings and database for spares and critical machine components, continuous up-gradation of methodology and approach to improve upon uptime of the plant & machinery.
∎ Monitor the operation and maintenance of boiler, water supply & distribution air supply & distribution gas & liquid fuels supply and distribution power generator plant etc.
∎ Lead in creating objectives for the plant operation in alignment to Organizational Vision and Objectives.
∎ Lead in linkage of the specific objectives with department of F&A, Commercial, Marketing, Quality, External Consultants, Contractors and Vendors.
∎ Lead in building agile, creative and effective organization.
∎ Lead in effective people management through regular performance reviews.
∎ Ensure company HR policies are in place and practices.
∎ Ensure good employee safety, health and environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in manufacturing role in FMCG company, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
∎ High level of aptitude for business math, numerical reasoning, and creative problem solving.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
