Job Context:
∎ A.T. Haque Ltd. is a reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a professional for the position of IT Executive for its Corporate Office.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ User PC ready with new OS, software and other applications
∎ IT asset management. asset handover, asset take over, toner requisition register, printer servicing, register process maintain and update prescribed format.
∎ Setting up workstation at client end with necessary peripherals like laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner with necessary OS and others Software, ensure Antivirus client application install in each client PC.
∎ Troubleshooting user laptop, desktop, printer, scanner, issues regarding software and hardware level
∎ Internet Connectivity Monitoring.
∎ Face ID enroll into Face Recognition Machine.
∎ Manage and maintain LAN connectivity as per necessity and instruction.
∎ Install, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Tongi Factory CCTV camera System work.
∎ Daily monitor and manage Management all Camera and update accordingly.
∎ Assist user to properly place requisition of their required IT material or services as per regulation of company.
∎ Day to Day update regular task details regular task details in our prescribed format.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, Internet etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
