Job Context:
∎ A.T. Haque Ltd. is a reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a professional for the position of Sr Executive - IT for its Corporate Office.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Active Directory & check its health.
∎ Manage Microsoft Exchange Server & regularly check its health and ensure backup.
∎ Manage Skype for Business server & check health.
∎ Have to have adequate knowledge on Microsoft Hyper-V role.
∎ Create Virtual Server as per management requirement.
∎ Manage all physical and virtual servers’ Cumulative Updates & Security updates patches and rollup.
∎ Manage the renewal of Exchange Server, Domain, Hosting SSL License.
∎ Manage and monitor Email Spam filter Gateway (Barracuda).
∎ Monitor server health and troubleshoot accordingly.
∎ DC & DR UPS, ATS and EMS monitoring.
∎ Manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security server update, handle notifications and update user license accordingly.
∎ Manage policy with Kaspersky Endpoint Security server and deploy as per management decision.
∎ Report day to day task status of our IT Team to our HOD and plan next task to be carried out.
∎ Manage and monitor internet connectivity of overall organization.
∎ Troubleshooting user level critical issues
∎ Manage & Monitor WiFi connectivity.
∎ Contacting vendor for support related issues.
∎ Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.
∎ Define requirements, document specifications and estimate prices for
∎ upgrades and new technology initiatives.
∎ Responsible of backup & restore of file server, active directory, Server
∎ System State, MS Exchange server, Skype for Business Server.
∎ Supervise activities for new projects carried out by vendors to ensure fulfillment.
∎ Supervise overall activities of IT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, Internet etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
