Job Responsibilities:
∎ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT :
∎ Discuss/conduct workshop with staff and beneficiary to understand their knowledge gap.
∎ Discuss with beneficiaries (young women and adolescent girls) to understand their social, emotional, physical vulnerability and select the content/topic accordingly.
∎ Submit draft module to AKS for their feedback and further improvement.
∎ Upon feedback from AKS a final group discussion manual will submit and before submission of final product, 3 days TOT will be organized for staff/volunteer/group leaders.
