Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform quality and cost control inspections on assigned projects.
∎ Knowledgeable in general construction practices and able to inspect on-ground work performed.
∎ To check and verify bills, vouchers, and other supporting documents on practical
∎ To conduct surprise visit to the construction project site
∎ Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of financial control measures.
∎ Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
