Job Responsibilities:
∎ Secretariat coordination and overall lead on consortium strategy and operations.
∎ Program coordination and implementation.
∎ Program quality and MEAL.
∎ External relations and Consortium representation.
∎ All other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience, preferably in multi-sectoral programming.
∎ Familiar with project planning, budget management, presentations and facilitation of workshops and coordination meetings.
∎ At least 5 years of experience leading and managing development/humanitarian projects in the field.
∎ Extensive experience working with partners essential.
∎ Understanding of regional context especially the Rohingya issue.
∎ Advanced written and verbal English Language skills. Bangla language ability will be an asset.
∎ Must possess the willingness and ability to travel to the field as often as possible.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
