Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting, finance and/or related to financial management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Finance Manager in the implementation of NRC's systems and procedures at the National level
∎ Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements specifically on anti-corruption and segregation of duties
∎ Responsible and main focal point for NRC Consortium finance operations
∎ Review status reports on cashflow, prepare analysis on bank situation, and forecast, as required by management
∎ Ensure consistent, rigorous, and regular filing (physical and electronic archiving) of all support documents across areas
∎ Promote and share ideas for improvement of the Finance Department
∎ Organize and deliver activities in line with NRC Bangladesh strategy and the highest Bangladeshi standards
∎ Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality of information

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with setting-up Consortium Finance processes in Bangladesh
∎ Fluency in Bangla mandatory
∎ Minimum 3-4 yeas of finance related experience in humanitarian settings in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in Consortium finance management is preferred.
