• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 3 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience of financial management in humanitarian, recovery, and/or development

  context, preferably in consortia or partnerships.

• Financial management experience in a humanitarian, recovery, and/or development context, within consortia or partnerships.

• Consortia activities understanding.

• Donor financial reporting requirements knowledge.

• Finance and procurement exposure.

• Bangladesh, and Rohingya Refugee camps, context exposure and knowledge, pertaining to displacement and humanitarian needs.

• English fluency, both written and verbal.

NRC is looking for a Consortium Finance Adviser to join the Bangladesh mission. The role holder will be responsible for the financial set up according to consortia donor regulations and NRC standards, and to support programme/project implementation of all partners in the various consortia.

If you are a diplomatic, and collaborative finance executive; with great interpersonal skills; good negotiation and communication skills; who has extensive donor-reporting and partnerships experience; a track record in securing and deploying resources and optimising work processes; and the ability to anticipate and balance the needs of varying stakeholders, then this is the role for you!
