• Diploma or certification in Computer Engineering or a relevant field is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in computer assembly, repair, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of computer components (e.g., processors, motherboards, GPUs, RAM, storage).
• Familiarity with operating systems installation (e.g., Windows, Linux).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
• Experience in managing inventory and using inventory management software.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members, suppliers, and customers.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Technician with expertise in computer assembly, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembling computers, managing hardware inventory, and maintaining excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and configure custom computers as per customer requirements.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Source computer parts and accessories from suppliers as needed.

• Manage and update inventory records using company software.

• Ensure smooth operation of the service process, including checking the quality of services provided to customers.

• Test assembled systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.

• Provide advice on computer parts, compatibility, and upgrades.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet customer demands and deadlines.
