∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labour laws & rules;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare factory to conduct audit;
∎ Implement of all kind of compliance related work in a new factory;
∎ Keep ready the factory for all kind of announced / unannounced audit & visit;
∎ Communicate with buyers and management about audit & buyer visit in the factory;
∎ Coordinate with superintend to resolve any problems successfully;
∎ Visit/co-operate with auditor during factory audit;
∎ Face all kinds of external and internal audits;
∎ Prepare CAP against audit report and submit to superintend/ buyer;
∎ Implementation of compliance related buyer's requirement;
∎ Ensure and follow up all kinds of Health and safety, fire safety and electrical safety, product safety etc. related work;
∎ Implementation and amendment of policy and benefits as necessity;
∎ Root cause analyzing and resolve problems;
∎ Conduct risk assessment on hazardous area and try to reduce risk;
∎ Rectify audit findings;
∎ Implementation of company's and buyer's COC;
∎ Help to build up good interpersonal relation with workers and management as well as all other departments;
∎ Follow up about corrective measure to reduce factory wastage;
∎ Follow up about all legal rights and compensation related documents if there are any discrepancies;
∎ Keep update information from subordinate about personal files, salary sheet, benefits and compensation related documents;
∎ Follow up about orientation for new workers and awareness class for workers about fire safety, health and safety, electrical safety, product safety, environmental safety etc;
∎ Provide and monitor about Ethical, Technical, Security and other training;
∎ Arrange and monitor all types of training by concern person;
∎ Follow up floor wise and central fire drill and help to resolve problems;
∎ Handle grievance procedure; keep grievance record properly with necessary corrective action;
∎ Motivate employees and workers about company's rules, regulations and policies;
∎ Ensure and keep all kinds of update license and certificates in the factory;
∎ Follow up other departments work if there is any corruption;
∎ Monitoring and ensuring PPE of all hazardous area;
∎ Follow up all kind of COC, Posters; Stickers etc. are posted as per instructions;
∎ Help subordinate to work efficiently;
∎ Follow up subordinate's works and take proper initiative if they made wrong;
∎ Trained up new subordinates to build up a strong team;
∎ Follow up and ensure all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of Audit;
∎ Investigate confidentiality about crucial occurrence and submit report to higher management;
∎ Submit monthly report to higher management;
∎ Attend all kinds of training/seminar organized by external party;
∎ Assist to conduct participation committee election and safety committee formation;
∎ Monitor and ensure periodic testing of Drinking water, waste water, air quality test, noise level test, light intensity and health checkup, etc.;
∎ Monitor Accord/ Alliance remediation activities;
∎ Any other additional task assigned by the company management.
