Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSC) in computer science/Maters of Science (MSC) in Computer/Computer science in Engineering(CSE)
∎ BBA/ MBA in Finance/Accounting
∎ CA (CC) Partly completed will get high priority but not mandatory
∎ ITP certification and Vat Tanning Preferable

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares Monthly and annual statements by assembling data for the Management.
∎ To maintain a strong online company voice and brand consistency through online platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, webchat, website etc.)
∎ To grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Email Marketing.
∎ Design, build and maintain highly reusable HTML and CSS code (Wrodpress Design)
∎ Prepare, organize and handle Tax , Vat & Joint Stock Documents ,Tax-Vat reports and Statements.
∎ Ensure Financial Records comply with company policies and accounting principles.
∎ Relationship maintenance with all the parties involved to the business.
∎ Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Advise management on the company compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
∎ Maintaining financial boos and accounts and Statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies-Auditors (internal and externals) NBR (Tax Purpose) and Vat authorities
∎ Ensure Transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to aid in preparing the financial statements
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per the Bangladesh income tax law and VAT Act.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS challahs based on various heads of income tax and deposit so to the Govt. exchequer
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant must have experience in Brokerage House.
∎ Applicant must have experience in VAT, TAX and NBR.
∎ Applicant must have Minimum 3 years Experience.
∎ Progressive experience in TAX,VAT and NBR, preferably in a Brokerage House
∎ Must have strong communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
∎ Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and especially Excel.
∎ Able to work in under pressure
