Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good command in writing English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Good knowledge of Labour Laws & Practical implementation.
∎ - Compliance practices issues on Garments floor.
∎ - Handling RSC & NIRAPON issues.
∎ - Conducting training on social compliance aspects.
∎ - Maintaining good relationships with workers & staff.
∎ - Counselling for absenteeism, performance and other issues.
∎ - Ensure the rights of the employees.
∎ - Conduct floor audit, monitor compliance issues & follow it up.
∎ - External & Internal Social Auditing experience.
∎ - Working experience with Higg Index & H&M PD will be given preference.
