∎ Post Graduation degree from any recognizes University.
∎ FTA / BSCI Course Completion candidates are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Training on garments Compliance Audit.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle as per "ACCORD" and "ALLIANCE" including risk management and control over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Detail knowledge of Labor Law and all compliance issues as per "ACCORD" & "ALLIANCE" requirement.
∎ To conduct unbiased audit based on local law and client/standard's requirements.
∎ To make advance plan for audit execution to conducted audit in effective and efficient manner.
∎ To follow and use updated audit procedure, audit documents, Audit Manual / client requirements etc.
∎ To maintain good level of interaction with other team members.
∎ Discussing about any issues related to the audit without hiding any fact.
∎ To communicate with client/factory management in a professional manner.
∎ Volunteer initiation to upgrade different practices & procedures in department.
∎ To comply with all the ethical requirements of the company.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
∎ Knowledge of document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
∎ Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
∎ Lead sourcing, procurement, and materials teams to achieve optimal levels of performance by way of open communication, involvement, empowerment and accountability.
∎ Lead, manage and oversee sourcing and procurement initiatives related to New Product Development to support successful product market introductions.
∎ Ensure sourcing, procurement and materials activities, policies, processes and procedures are focused on the highest standards of quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compliance Audit, Sourcing.
∎ Proven working experience as Compliance Auditor or Sr. Compliance Auditor
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Excel, Power point.
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
∎ Proven knowledge of compliance auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
∎ Sound independent judgment
