Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Social Science, BBA. (Master's degree will be treated as an added qualification)

Job Context:
∎ PACE at Community Project
∎ based at CARE Gazipur Hub Office under CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office.
∎ The duration of the proposed contract is up to June 30 2021
∎ Only candidates from Gazipur District are requested to apply for this position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Facilitate quality implementation of the project activities through planning, monitoring and execution the PACE training.
∎ Work closely with project managers, Project Officer and other team members for effective implementation of the P.A.C.E. Training program.
∎ Develop action plans for implementing PACE training with CRG
∎ Monitor and track the progress/achievement of planned training program.
∎ Ensure pro active actions on addressing challenges in implementation of the training program in the community
∎ Ensure necessary logistic support for timely implementation of training programs to CRG memebrs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in the field of training, community mobilizing and field monitoring.
∎ Computer skills on MS word, Excel,
∎ Excellent analytical and critical assessment skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team context.
∎ Strong interest in working with marginalized population groups especially urban women migrant worker who are working in formal and informal sector in a participatory manner.
∎ Impeccable communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla.
