∎ Skills Required: Field or Project Organizer, self driven
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MS Office, Negotiation Skills, Spoken and written fluency in English, Strong communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to run & implement SPP -APP as per the strategy.
∎ Involve beneficiaries using the APP, and teach them to take benefit of the APP.
∎ Actively solicit and collect referrals & networking/liaison with referral organizations to add more mothers.
∎ Visit new mothers in their communities and make recommendations for admission as per our criteria.
∎ Continue all procedures of the Admission & Observation period run-up & help to set up them at SPP.
∎ Post-discharge visit plan & visits (first visit within one week) including following up on children's education
∎ Need based /emergency follow up and visits to beneficiaries.
∎ Run the APP training for community mothers with the help of released mothers.
∎ Input information on each family into the shared notes and database.
∎ Participate in monthly, quarterly & other meetings, and training sessions (need-based).
∎ Keep beneficiary's status/register/file/documents updated in BIMS Software.
∎ Any other need-based assign work by the line manager or Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
