Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Public Health, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Public Health

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ OVERSIGHT & COORDINATION:
∎ Understand and ensure all Community outreach activities run as planned in the allotted time line. Liase with CHW Supervisor to design healthy behaviors and strengthen health-seeking behaviors in the Rohingya and host community population.
∎ Strengthening the referral system of beneficiaries through CHWs, including timely risk identification, active case finding, link referral and follow-up for health care seeking and life-saving through CHWs, especially for immunization, ANC and PNC and facility-based delivery.
∎ Provision of continuous health, immunization and hygiene promotion activities through CHWs
∎ Delivery of a surveillance system and follow-up for pregnant women and women after delivery for early identification and referral of complications
∎ Coordination with the Maternity and SRH department for followup care, alongside building a trusting relationship with the TBAs in the community to work together to ensure safe deliveries.
∎ Coordination with the EPI department to increase immunization compliance.
∎ Work closely with the National Health Coordinator to ensure communication between the staff inside the PHC and the CHW team has a uninterrupted and proper line of communication
∎ TRAINING:
∎ Provision of comprehensive training package for CHWs on community-based health promotion, sexual, reproductive, adolescents, maternal and newborn health topics, GBV and community-based first aid response
∎ Create and run need-based training's with the CHW team
∎ Mentor CHW Supervisor
∎ REPORTING & DATA:
∎ Expand the feedback and complaint mechanism with the community, through establishing community committees and conducting Focus group discussions
∎ Ensure all community members are heard equally, according to gender and target group (adolescents, females, males, elders; female leaders, male leaders, mothers in laws, fathers, husbands, young mothers, pregnant women)
∎ Participate in the drafting of ECHO activity and inventory report per weekly and monthly deadlines of TDH
∎ Work closely with M&E and Data Collector to ensure the CHW team is hitting all activity targets and closely and properly collecting all necessary data
∎ Ensure all EWARS, line lists and GPS locations are being reported in a timely and accurate manner
∎ Accept other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBBS, Master of Public or health related post graduate qualification
∎ Minimum of 3 years professional field experience
∎ Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
∎ Experience in emergencies will be considered as a plus
∎ Experience working with international NGO an added advantage
∎ Previous experience working in refugee camp will be a plus
∎ Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking, is a must
∎ Area of experience : monitoring & evaluation.
Salary: Tk. 86000 - 109900 (Monthly)
