Job Context:
∎ Name of Programme/Department: Livelihood (Improving livelihoods of the Urban Ultra-poor in Mirpur and Mohammadpur in Dhaka and Sayedpur in Nilphamari District (TVET) project)
∎ Work Station : Mohammadpur, Mirpur and Saidpur
∎ Contract Length : 1 year (renewable based on performance and funding availability)
∎ Responsible to : Principal/Centre in Charge
∎ Expected date of Joining : 01 January 2021
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mobilization community to motivate their offspring to come to the training center.
∎ Regular field visit in project area to make people aware about the Muslim Aid-UK skills Development Program
∎ To implement promotional and marketing activities at the field level to reinforce the trainee collection process in different training trades
∎ Ensure the trainees attendance, preventing trainee dropouts and ensuring graduation
∎ Ensure effective trainee selection in different trades to avoid dropouts
∎ Assist Muslim Aid-UK Training center to ensure smooth operation of the project
∎ Ensure Project Implementation according to Work Plan or assign task from line Manager.
∎ Prepare work plans schedules and reports for all activities.
∎ Coordinate with Instructors, Job Placement Officer, In Charge/Principal for smooth and effective implementation of skills development under IsDB project.
∎ Support to organize different events at training center level such as Job fair and Skills development training, BTEB (Bangladesh Technical Education Board) Assessment.
∎ Support to Job Placement Officer in placing jobs for the graduated trainees.
∎ Any other official related tasks may assign to him/her.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Sound knowledge on market survey and business development
∎ Target oriented and able to work under pressure
∎ Ready to extensive field visit
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing is required
Salary:
∎ Salary and Other Benefits: BDT 13,000-15,000 per month (inclusive all)
