Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Commerce, HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure listing of the project participant according to the IR Principle and guideline-20% Support to survey to prepare project participant list.
∎ Prepare Project participant list
∎ Support to Finalize the project participant by ensuring endorsement and validation from relevant authorities.
∎ Implementation of Project interventions-30%
∎ Support to prepare distribution place.
∎ Ensure logistics to food distribution.
∎ Prepare card and muster roll of distribution.
∎ Support to the distribution of relief materials at Bhasanchar
∎ Mobilize the FDMN community -10%
∎ Conduct awareness sessions in connection with project objectives and goals.
∎ Ensure visibility of IRB
∎ Prepare different IEC material related to construction work. 10%
∎ Do effective and appropriate networking and coordination with different stakeholders-20% Effective communication with Majhi at the FDMN community in Bhasanchar.
∎ Ensure Coordination with the CIC office at Bhasanchar.
∎ Involve Majhi and government representative for implementation of the project
∎ Networking with different stakeholder
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation-10%
∎ Collect data and analyze;
∎ Conduct field visit and prepare visit report with the recommendation;
∎ Monitor project activities and identify areas for improvement;
∎ Analyze progress of children well-being data collected from the field
∎ Others-10%
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Responsible for seasonal (Ramadan & Qurbani) & emergency response programs if require.
∎ Propose some methodology, according to the proposal, and provide it with the experience and lessons learned from the other organizations.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
∎ Ensure the complaint response and feedback mechanism at the field level.

∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
