Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of working experience in development sectors.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Proven track-record of work in the community people especially with marginalized groups particularly women.
∎ Strong facilitation background including participatory planning, organizing and community mobilization.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with project partners, counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Good understanding on Gender.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to think creatively and translate creative thinking in tangible outputs.
∎ Ability to generate commitment and build consensus among others and gain their support.
∎ A true team player.
∎ Able to define work goals and objectives and execute work-plans and contribute to the achievement of workgroup objectives.
∎ Other key competencies include analysis, facilitation, networking and collaboration, negotiation and strategic decision making.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
