Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate training, exchange visit and follow pus to Self- help groups (SHGs)
∎ Facilitate SHG meetings under the leadership to the SHG chair.
∎ Home visit and coaching.
∎ Facilitate SHG PSRP (Participatory Self Review and Planning) and document and follow up.
∎ Coordinate with project partners, Heifer office and other stakeholders.
∎ Report and document at the SHG level, including group records.
∎ Facilitate new initiative in the SHG.
∎ Ensure the four basic qualities of a good SHG; group size, commitment to help themselves, group savings and inclusiveness of neighbors.
∎ Ensure project implementation at the SHG level.
∎ Reinforce the Heifer’s Cornerstones.
∎ SHG formation and strengthening.
∎ Assist in SHG savings and fund mobilization.
∎ Facilitate Passing on the Gift.
∎ Facilitate SHGs in formation of federation/ Cooperative, business hubs and milk collection centers.
∎ Maintain SHGs all documents properly.
∎ Arrange SHG meeting and properly conduct meeting as per project requirement.
∎ Report prepares (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).
∎ Reportable to the Project coordinator and project related any activity performs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience in developing IGA, small enterprise and value chain on agriculture and livestock areas
∎ Working experience in mid-level project management/supervisory position
∎ Commitment towards working for the poor and extreme poor people
∎ Report writing skill in English
∎ Having computer knowledge MS word/excel
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk.16,000 Tk. and other project benefits.
