∎ Academic degree in a relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ A mid/senior-level communications specialist with a minimum of five years of experience.
∎ Successful candidates will have experience producing quality reports, as well as strategic activity and stakeholder communication products;
∎ Assessing and advising on techniques to integrate effective behavior change communications and awareness and promotional campaigns into partnership plans and interventions;
∎ Overseeing logistics and press for sponsored events;
∎ Developing, implementing, and updating communications and outreach plans;
∎ Coordinating with staff on learning and knowledge sharing products and events; and overseeing and/or participating in data analyses and graphics creation.
∎ Proven experience in relevant field(s) (see job responsibilities section)
∎ Experience working with international donor-funded projects highly preferred.
∎ Experience working in the southern regions of Bangladesh preferred
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
∎ Proficiency in English required, with excellent written and oral communication skills
