Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree (or a combination of a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience) preferably in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations and similar discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office.
∎ Duration: The duration of the proposed contract is up to December 31, 2022 (subject to further renewal).

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' relevant experience within INGO/NGOs or in Corporate Communication/CSR/Corporate & Regulatory Affairs units of MNCs with demonstrated understanding of communications and knowledge management.
∎ Experience in and demonstrated understanding of the field of international development and issues
∎ Proven ability to produce Information-Education-Communication materials for corporate and development communication
∎ Fluency in written and spoken Bangla & English with experience of writing and editing for different audiences.
∎ Technical skills are highly desirable, including knowledge of the professional use of emerging media technologies and social media (Twitter, YouTube etc.); with proficiency in design and visual media, including experience using Adobe Suite, Microsoft Publisher and/or online design platforms
∎ Experience with issue management and Initiative to solve problems with energy and a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to generate and deliver persuasive and clear verbal communications.
∎ Ability to translate complex, strategic content into engaging, easy-to-understand messages that create commitment to the organization and its goals.
∎ Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
