∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ At least 3 years of relevant working experience in any reputed NGO§   At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing media relations and communications, preferably in any INGO.§   Experience with media agency / media houses / NGOs in Bangladesh will be preferred.§   Working knowledge of content development with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut Pro for multimedia design and production / Web / Print / 2 D and 3 D Motion Design for digital and social media channels§   Skilled experience in photography, videography, editing and design will be preferred.§   Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla§   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to network and build relationships.§   Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment be creative and innovative.§   An understanding of child rights programming is desirable High level of pro-activeness and creativity, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.§   Able to plan and priorities tasks, competent to solve problems, promote integrity and aptitude to work under pressure to meet deadlines.§   Experience of working nationally/internationally in humanitarian programs focusing on Education, Adolescent Development, Livelihood, preferably on UN humanitarian response.§   Ability to work under pressure and to meet and deliver deadlines and willingness to travel frequently.§   Develop Information Education and Communication & Social Behavioral Change Communication materials on relevant project themes.§   Fluency in the local language (Chitagongian) will be an asset.
